CHECKOUT and TAXES
As we sell internationally, there will be different taxes applied.
• Domestic, or Australian customers will pay GST (Goods and Services Tax) which is 10% on the total order. Shipping, taxes and discounts are calculated at checkout dependant on payment address entered.
• International customers (outside of Australia) will not have to pay this tax. However, depending on your country, additional taxes may apply.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
Its important to us here at Coco Blush Boutique that you are happy with your order, products and service you have received with us.
We are always open and our website processes orders 24 hours a day. Our office times may vary so please send us an email with any questions and we will happily get back to you as soon as possible. By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email.
Coco Blush Boutique reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion. From time to time items that are listed as in stock may be sold our or in production. We apologise if this situation does occur and will contact you as soon as possible to offer you a refund, or discuss placing the item on back order for you or offering you a suitable alternative.
PAYMENT METHODS AND PROCESSING
Coco Blush Boutique accepts payments via Paypal, Afterpay, Visa, MasterCard or Bank Transfer.
Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.
Coco Blush Boutique reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the Coco Blush Boutique website at any time.
Coco Blush Boutique is not obliged to accept returns if you change your mind or should the item not fit correctly. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, this includes a change of mind regards to colour, size and fit, selection of incorrect size.
We may offer an exchange or credit note valid for 12 months from date of order, at our discretion and by order to order basis, if the item is in their original, unworn, unwashed condition and is not a pre order or custom made item.
NOTE: Strictly no CUSTOM MADE products will be refunded or exchanged unless it is deemed a faulty product.All products must be returned in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse if not returned in the original condition.

Any faults found to have been caused through neglect or intentional misuse, will instantly void this guarantee.
However, should the clothing be faulty we will offer an exchange or a refund at our discretion, if:
• you have proof of purchase (receipt, credit statement or invoice);
• the products are returned unused and undamaged;
• you return the product within 7 days of purchasing it from us; and
you bear all costs, such as shipping and insurance, related to the return of the product to us.
We do not accept responsibility for unforeseeable postage delays and are not covered under our refund policy. Should this situation arise we may lodge a claim with the postal company on your behalf.
Return and exchange postage costs will not be covered by Coco Blush Boutique. The buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs relating to ANY exchange or return items weather it be a faulty items or an exchange.
If you have received an item that is faulty we require customers to contact us immediately (at most within 3 working days of receiving the item) with a photo of the fault. Customers are responsible for checking the items as soon as they have been received as we cannot accept items that have been used or worn as a faulty item.
If your return for the faulty item is approved the item must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item and must be unworn, unscented, unmarked, must have the original tag on it and be sent back in the original packaging.
Coco Blush Boutique will provide advice once the item has been received if it is eligible for a refund, alternatively if it does not meet our policy requirements the item will be sent return to sender.
POSTAGE DELAY DUE TO COVID
Delivery times stated below are approximate, due to the lengthy delays of Australia Post during this pandemic we cannot guarantee the below delivery times and bear in mind any delays are out of our control.
We are responsible for your lovely new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you purchase registered post. If you would like to ensure your package is to be signed for an arrival, please purchase the REGISTERED POST option.
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post either by regular or express post and a flat rate applies. Postage rates include postage and handling. Standard Post times can vary between location and can take anywhere from 1-10 days.

All International order are shipped via Australian Post or courier. Please note some countries may apply taxes and duties on parcels.
The parcel recipient is responsible for these such additional charges. As Coco Blush Boutique takes no responsibility for goods damaged of lost in transit.
Orders placed on our website are usually processed within an approximate time frame of 48-36 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). If there are any unforeseeable delays, you will be contacted by our customer service team.
Orders will be shipped to you by Australia Post (regular postage) or (express) unless international. If you request Australia Post Express we recommend that your nominated delivery address is one where someone is present to accept your delivery between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00 pm. If no-one is present to accept delivery, the satchel will be left at the door.
PRE ORDERS AND CUSTOM MADE GOWNS
We give an approximate processing time of between 3-8 weeks. Please understand, that this is a production time only and does not include the shipping and handling times.No refunds will be granted if our pre order times extend over the 8 week period but we will do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
SIZE AND COLOUR VARIATIONS
All sizes and measurements stated are as approximate sizes and every effort is made to ensure accuracy. There may be a 1-3cm difference in our given measurements and in such cases the variance may not be considered as a defect or fault. Please refer to the size chart (if available) or contact us at email@example.com should you require exact measurements.
Due to photographic limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colours shown in the photography may differ slightly to what may be shown on your monitor and may not correspond 100% to the items themselves.

We recommend all dresses and other apparel be steamed upon arrival.
We recommend hand wash or spot clean in cold water and line dry/lay flat to dry.
Due to different fabric batches used in the making of the dresses & embellishments, the colour and pattern may vary slightly from pictures.
DISCLAIMER FOR SMALL PARTS
Many items in our shop including hair accessories and dress embellishments contain small parts and present a choking hazard. Never leave children unattended with any products with small parts from this shop or any other.
All of our products should be used with adult supervision. The buyer assumes all responsibility for its use and will accept this liability by purchasing from Coco Blush Boutique.
